About the event

This lifting competition is open to all levels of fitness and will include four lifts: deadlift, bench, squat, and push press. It's the perfect way to challenge youself and have some fun while working out. Get ready for a great Labor Day!

Winner for each division will be decided on the total weight lifted by body weight ratio. Example below. 

Squat: 350 lbs

Bench: 225 lbs

Deadlift: 405 lbs

Push Press: 185 lbs

Body Weight: 166 lbs

Ratio: 350+225+405+185 = 1165 lbs; 1165 lbs / 166 lbs = 7.02

Note: Drinks and snacks will be provided for all competitors and spectators.
