About the event
This lifting competition is open to all levels of fitness and will include four lifts: deadlift, bench, squat, and push press. It's the perfect way to challenge youself and have some fun while working out. Get ready for a great Labor Day!
Winner for each division will be decided on the total weight lifted by body weight ratio. Example below.
Squat: 350 lbs
Bench: 225 lbs
Deadlift: 405 lbs
Push Press: 185 lbs
