About the event
Participating in our fitness challenge helps you improve your health and fitness and allows you to win exciting prizes. The top 3 consistent people from each track who make the most progress will be rewarded with prizes. Prizes will be determined after registration is complete. A free t-shirt is included with registration.

Registration fee: $75
Program fee based on track:
- Beginner track - $50
- Intermediate track - $70
- Advanced track - $80
Tracks will be emailed after registration. Check out the three tracks below:
Number of Workouts/Week: 4-6 depending on track
Estimated time to complete workouts: 30-45 minutes
6-Week Fitness Challenge – Beginner, Build Foundational Strength, Sets: 4-5, Reps: 10-15
This track is ideal for those just starting their fitness journey and wanting to learn the basics while still enjoying a little challenge.
- Monday: Quad Dominant Leg Day/Abs
- Tuesday: 30 – 45 Minutes of active activities (walk, run, dance, etc.)
- Wednesday: Upper Body/Cardio
- Thursday: 30 – 45 Minutes of active activities (walk, run, dance, etc.)
- Friday: Hamstring Dominant Leg Day/Abs
- Saturday: Optional Cardio
- Sunday: Rest
Equipment Needed:
- Pair of Dumbbells (Light, Medium, and Heavy)
- Bands (Long and Short)
- Jump Rope
- Bench (Optional)
6-Week Fitness Challenge – Intermediate, Build Muscle Endurance, Sets: 3-4, Reps: 12-20
This track is ideal for those who have the basics down and are semi-consistent but are looking to take their fitness journey to the next level, building muscle endurance and lean muscle mass while following a structured program.
The weekly structure will alternate as seen below:
Week 1:
- Monday: Quad Dominant Leg Day/Cardio
- Tuesday: Chest and Triceps/Abs
- Wednesday: Back and Biceps/Cardio
- Thursday: Delts and Traps/Abs
- Friday: Hamstring Dominant Leg Day/Cardio
- Saturday: Optional Cardio
- Sunday: Rest
Week 2:
- Monday: Quad Dominant Leg Day/15-20 min of active activities (walk, run, dance, etc.)
- Tuesday: Chest and Triceps/15-20 min of active activities (walk, run, dance, etc.)
- Wednesday: Back and Biceps/15-20 min of active activities (walk, run, dance, etc.)
- Thursday: Delts and Traps/15-20 min of active activities (walk, run, dance, etc.)
- Friday: Hamstring Dominant Leg Day/15-20 min of active activities (walk, run, dance, etc.)

- Sunday: Rest

6-Week Fitness Challenge – Advanced, Build Muscle Endurance and Strength, Sets: 3-5, Reps: 10-20
This track is ideal for those working out consistently for the past 6 - 12 months and feeling they need something more intense. This program will challenge you mentally and physically.
- Monday: Quad Dominant Leg Day/Cardio
- Tuesday: Chest and Triceps/Abs
- Wednesday: Back and Biceps/Cardio
- Thursday: Delts and Traps/Abs
- Friday: Hamstring Dominant Leg Day/Cardio
- Saturday: Optional Cardio
- Sunday: Rest
